Agape's existing Salesforce structure was not fully aligned with their new session-based programming model, making it difficult to view and consistently organize classes and associate students and instructors with the appropriate programs.

Multiply the Mission audited Agape’s existing Salesforce environment and updated the program structure to support their new session and class-based programming model. The updated solution established clearer connections between sessions, classes, students, and instructors while improving data organization, usability, and reporting.
